Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return, email sirenandsol@yahoo.com with your name, order number, and reason for the return. Please wait for return instructions before mailing your item.

For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email sirenandsol@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be returned to Siren + Sol before a refund or replacement will be issued. Please keep the item and its packaging until your claim is resolved.

If an item is unsafe to return, such as severely broken glass, please contact us for further instructions.

Candles & Jewelry

Candles must be unused and unburned to be returned. Once a candle has been burned, it cannot be returned due to fragrance preference. If you believe there is a defect or safety issue, discontinue use and contact us.

Jewelry must be unworn and in its original condition. For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Because we use natural stones, shells, patinas, and handmade components, variations in color, shape, texture, and markings are natural and are not considered defects.

Apparel & Print-on-Demand Items

Eligible apparel and print-on-demand items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.

For returns due to size, fit, color preference, or a change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping.
 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable for standard returns. Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or item, you may return the eligible original item and place a new order.
